Frequently Asked Questions

  • The program is designed for middle and high schools that are starting or have established peer leadership programs. The focus on this program is to build personal leadership skills while also forging a strong team bond through ownership of school culture.

  • The program has a few main goals. First, build a strong sense of personal leadership qualities and growth goals. Second, the build a strong team with a shared vision on how to execute a positive school culture.

  • The program has a few options for length. Each school we work with designs what works best for them and their budget. We do intensive one day sessions as well as year-long cohorts that involve two to three in person workshops.

  • Yes. This is an in-person workshop series. If you are interested in an online option, please reach out about our customization options.

  • While we offer customization for each client, all programs cover individual leadership qualities, personal branding, school culture and climate, decision making, working as a team, and communication strategies.

  • This is a highly interactive workshop series. While there is an option for a keynote address, all workshops ask for participation in groups and getting up and moving around.

  • We offer a wide variety of formats and customizations. With that, the price depends on the number of sessions we have together. Typically, clients pick two in person sessions at the minimum. This cost ranges from $2500-$4000.

  • We come to your school. This allows you to stay immersed in your school to gain insights from the environment around you.

  • We will work with your leadership team to determine the best days and times. Typically, late spring and summer are when schools are working to design their peer leadership teams.
